![]() But I was pleasantly surprised by the Band 5’s notification system. I’ve struggled with the notification options on an Amazfit watch before, so I set my expectations low. Amazfit Band 5 review: Notifications and Alexa ![]() Based on my understanding of pulse oximetry, I’m inclined to believe the Apple Watch’s readings are more accurate, but the difference isn’t much. At the same time, the Apple Watch 6 said my blood oxygen level was 100%. Several times when I self-administered SpO2 readings with the Amazfit Band 5, it said my levels were 97% or 98%. An SpO2 reading is also less subjective than a pulse or blood pressure reading.įor someone without breathing complications, a blood oxygen of 95%-100% is considered normal. The Amazfit Band 5 offers more actionable sleep tracking tools that I’ve seen from the most of the wearable market. Amazfit Band 5 review: Sleep tracking and stress monitoring Of course, someone who’s interested in a variety of outdoor activities might be better off with one of the best sports watches with GPS (and in some cases, on-board music storage,) but for step-counting, burned calorie tracking and heart rate measurements, the Amazfit Band 5 fares just fine. It even showed me at which points I slowed down to catch some ocean views and sped up through straightaways. I liked being able to see my biking trail in the Zepp app ( iOS, Android) alongside the rest of my metrics, though. The Amazfit Band 5 doesn’t have built-in GPS, so I needed to bring my phone along to map my outdoor activities. The Charge 4 can calculate your target heart rate zones based on your age and your resting heart rate, and track your progress toward the goal of spending 150 minutes in that zone per week. These metrics came off as a stripped-down version of Fitbit’s Activity Zone Minutes, which debuted on the Fitbit Charge 4. The continuous heart rate sensor not only tracks your BPM the entire workout, but it breaks down how many minutes you spend in heart rate zones, ranging from relaxed to intensive to anaerobic. ![]() Amazfit Band 5: Fitness tracking and featuresĭespite the difficult-to-see display, the Amazfit Band 5 provides a suite of metrics you can check out once you’ve completed an activity in one of its 11 different sport modes. When I took the Amazfit Band 5 outdoors, though, even at full brightness I couldn’t see the screen in direct sunlight, and there’s no always-on option. The complications and fun watch faces I assigned let me see everything I needed with a raise-to-wake motion, too. The size reminded me of the Fitbit Charge 4, while the color touchscreen responded well to my vertical swipes. I also liked the 1.1-inch AMOLED display at first. Will has also expressed that he and his wife “refer to ourselves as life partners, where you get into that space where you realize you are literally with someone for the rest of your life,” he said in an interview with TIDAL’s “Rap Radar” podcast in July 2018. “We don’t really celebrate that day anymore in the sense because the context of our union is totally different.” “It’s more of a life partnership, so it’s not steeped in that day,” Pinkett Smith explained. In January of last year, the couple also admitted that they don’t celebrate their wedding anniversary. I had two relationships before Will that were kind of serious to me, where I got cheated on,” Pinkett Smith admitted. “I had a really interesting experience when I was younger. Meanwhile, Pinkett Smith and her husband have been vocal about the ups and downs in their marriage. It did - it pushed me into being another person, my newer self. “I’m shakin’ right now because it almost killed me. “So much so that being intertwined in that way - walking away from it butchered me,” he expressed. I really, genuinely do.” He added that he has “never been in love in that kind of a way.” He continued by admitting that he doesn’t want to be a person to cause confusion, “because I love these people. So much so to the point that I can die right now and be OK with knowing that I truly gave myself to somebody,” he noted, adding, “I really loved the person that I experienced that and know what like - if some people never get that in this lifetime.” I devoted myself to it, I gave my full self to it. I truly and really, really deeply loved, and have a ton of love for her. “I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life. “Due to the transformation from their marriage to life partnership that they spoken on several times, and not involving romanticism, he gave me his blessing.” “I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation,” Alsina claimed. “I also don’t think that it’s ever important for people to know what I do, who I sleep with, who I date, right? But, in this instance, it’s very different, ’cause as I said there is so many people that are side-eyeing me, looking at me questionable about it.”Īlsina went on to explain that he’s lost “money, friendships relationships” over those rumors, stating that he thinks “it’s because people don’t necessarily know the truth, but I never have done anything wrong.” Drama actually makes me nauseous,” Alsina said. When certain things are questionable that I know is not me, or that I know that, what I haven’t done - contrary to what some people may believe - I’m not a troublemaker. “People can have whatever ideas that they like, but what I’m not OK with is my character being in question. Some of the things you can do in Orbiter Space Flight Simulator include launching the Space Shuttle from Kennedy Space Center and rendezvous with the International Space Station, recreate historic flights with addon spacecraft packages, plan interplanetary slingshots and tour the solar system with futuristic spacecraft. You will spend a good amount of time learning the concepts of space flight and orbital mechanics. Expect a steep learning curve for this simulation, but the result is worth it if you want a real, hardcore space simulation. There are no trading stations, items to farm or anything that is game-like. Take note that this is not a game or a shooter. Perhaps I don’t need to introduce more about this planet. Aerodynamic engines are a great choice if you want to explore this planet. You can land more easily, but travelling on it is difficult. It is smaller than Earth but the atmosphere is bigger than 10 km. Venus is the second closest planet to the sun. Distance, gravity, and air are factors that make you difficult for landing. Be careful, this planet has no atmosphere. Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun. In Spacelight Simulator, your ship is not destroyed when approaching the sun, but the sun’s gravity can attract you and cause your ship to freeze when you reach 200000 Mm. The Sun is the center of the solar system, the planet has the largest temperature in the universe. The game gives you a message: this universe is vast and without limits, you can go anywhere without being blocked by an invisible wall. Although the game is realistic, it does not mean it limit creativity. All you need to do is explore the vast universe with your spaceship. You don’t need to be a genius or someone who has a large knowledge about the universe to play this game. Use landing pins, two-stage motors or solar batteries to safely land on the planets. Calculate the journey to match the rocket’s fuel volume, connect to the fuel chambers and then continue your journey. There are many options to create a satisfactory rocket, such as the engine, Command Module, hull, Fuel Tank, Titan Engine, RCS Thrusters, Docking Port, … Pairing multiple parts helps you more options but in return, it makes your ship heavier and moves more slowly in space. You are wrong about Unity in terms of how much effort they've put into supporting metal on macos. Ideally you need to be far more specific, and visual aids such as screenshots of the same unity scene on windows and on macos would help. OK I will be very specific, its a combination of you being wrong about certain particular things, some of your questions being far too vague, and also the timing as regards the evolution of Unity and where things are at with 2018.1. It’s hard as a dev to want to spend time getting graphically intense games on the Mac platform when the only Mac computers out there with any graphics chops is the $5k+ iMac Pro (about equivalent to an $800 PC in terms of gaming performance), and the even more expensive top end Mac Pro which is actually slower. Now that there’s Metal support on MacOS there’s not really a big push to get games onto the Mac since it’s not a big market for modern gaming. Outside of Unity, any visual differences between DX11 and OpenGL on MacOS either comes down to Macs generally being under powered vs PCs, or the lack of compute shader support prior to Metal. Using Unity’s built in features for 5.6 or 2017.3 should look identical between Windows and MacOS (running OpenGL). Even though Metal capable phones are essentially able to use most Shader Model 5.0 features, the amount of performance they have is not, so Unity’s Metal support dropped down the visual quality to the same mobile variants used for OpenGL ES 3.0. Unity’s original Metal support was incomplete, and mainly focused on mobile rather than desktop. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings.Click to expand.Nope. His first-hand experience really adds to the honest, delicate, and respectable representation of all the riots depicted in the game. Creator Leonard Menchiari took an experience he had at the NoTAV protests in Italy – one of the campaigns in the game – and created RIOT – Civil Unrest to express the tensions and feelings created through riots. Each side is split into separate groups, with the player able to control each group’s movements, and abilities/items. You can play all scenarios as either police or rioters. To depict these real life riots, developers Leonard Menchiari and IV Productions opt for a real time strategy simulation. Players can build their own custom levels too in a confusing UI, but those willing to put in the time will be rewarded with an in-depth creation tool. The UI design leaves a lot to be desired, however ugly menus are hard to read and overly cumbersome to navigate. The grim pixel art juxtaposed with real life riots helps ground the game in the events depicted – it creates simple, grimly beautiful visuals. I was instantly drawn to the art style of RIOT – Civil Unrest a pixel art style you’d usually expect to see from a more colourful game. ![]() It’s a shame the gameplay often lets down the great direction with plenty of irritating bugs and balance issues.
